Our pre-construction services include, but are not limited to:
- Consulting, advising, assisting and providing recommendations to the project owner and architect on all aspects of construction planning.
- Providing a cash flow forecast for the entire development process.
- Coordinating purchasing, ordering and timely delivery of long lead items.
- Preparing interim estimates of construction and project costs at the completion of the schematic design, design development and construction documents phases.
- Working with the project owner and architect during the design phases, and providing value engineering of various systems and components.
- Developing the front-end of project specifications – which include anticipated construction schedule, work category descriptions, allowances and additional general project information.
- Delivering a list of proposed subcontractors to the project owner and architect and soliciting bids from approved subcontractors.
