New construction of University of Michigan Credit Union’s flagship location: a 5,000 square foot branch, located south of the University of Michigan’s campus on a high traffic retail and industrial corridor. Pre-construction involvement resulted in value engineering the glass wall feature for significant cost savings, while maintaining architectural design and artistic impact.
