J.S. Vig Construction is evolving with the times… and so is our logo! Our original 1965 logo featured Joe Vig, Sr’s handwritten signature. In 2008, the logo modernized to include a blue block around the original signature and the inclusion of Project Green, marking the year J.S. Vig formalized its focus on practical sustainability. J.S. Vig is proud to be managing the construction of Gerstacker Grove, the University of Michigan's North Campus outdoor central meeting spot. Designed to be an open park gathering space for events, exhibits and general outdoor recreation for the North Campus, this 4 acre park will feature a large paved plaza, multiple walkways, a sand volleyball court and unique theatrical lighting.
